Project 20 /  MULTIFUNCTION BASED DESIGN

SWE Check had a goal in mind, one of creating a space that was all theirs. As the firm developed, they outgrew their previous location and sought a new start. They came to A1 Office because they wanted a fresh place that was distinctive to them.

They decided to make their new house after purchasing an existing multifunctional (factory and office) facility.

It was crucial to them that this new space had a tailored interior, that matched all of their expectations. They also wanted to use the space to highlight the company's most important asset: innovation.

The study, mirroring, and planning of the multifunctional space resulted in a distinct brief to build a unique workspace.
