The luxury vehicle servicing and maintenance professionals recently relocated to a new southern Melbourne site, enlisting the help of the A1 Office to design a space that boosted worker productivity while elevating customer service to new heights.

A1 Office developed and built a vehicle workshop unlike any other, working closely with owner John Papps and managers Keith and Andrew.
As visitors approach the reception room, they are greeted with a custom-made counter created by the A1 Office joinery team, before continuing to the dedicated client services space.
This is undoubtedly a delivery that prioritises user requirements and customer service, with workstations, a conference area, and cooking facilities made aside for client usage.
