Project 24 / MODERN BASED DESIGN
Every business eventually outgrows its current location or seeks a fresh start. Ray White Carnegie, a family-owned firm, had reached that point. They wanted a new location that represented their workplace culture - one that was clean, polished, and forward-thinking.
They wanted functionality and a cozy feel for their clients at the same time.
The reception was built to dazzle and impress visitors, with a casual meeting area adjacent to it that felt like you were in your own house.
Six offices, one director's office, and casual open working space were among the practical needs met for the space.
Suspended grid and black exposed ceilings line the full 400m2 space.
The brand-new facility was made up of three old tenancies blended together to create an open and spacious area.
To offer the cleanest environment, a new sprinkler system, fire detection, and mechanical ventilation were installed.
